Meet Lee Gray

Lee was born and raised in Beaufort. After attending Clemson University, Lee returned to the Lowcountry, starting his career in real estate in 1995. Employed by Alcoa of South Carolina for nine years, Lee was part of the sales team of Dataw Island, a private, residential lifestyle community. This unique community offers tennis, fitness, a marina and 36 holes of championship golf. One of the highlights of Lee’s real estate career was working with The Nature Conservancy and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources in their acquisition of North Williman, Old Combee, and Buzzard Islands. These islands were the “last pieces of the puzzle” in the conservation effort of the ACE Basin. One of the most successful land conservation efforts in the state, the ACE Basin Project protects this pristine part of the coast between the rapidly developing areas of Charleston and Beaufort/Hilton Head. It has become a model for conservation.

 

Lee is consistently a multi-million dollar producer, working with both commercial and residential clients to get their properties sold. His priority is his client’s needs. A father of two, Lee is an avid outdoorsman who spends his free time fishing the creeks and rivers of the Lowcountry.
